This Privacy Policy explains how OrganizeSmartly handles information when you use this website, including information associated with affiliate-link interactions and ordinary website operation.
Affiliate links and click attribution
OrganizeSmartly participates in the Amazon Associates program and may link to products on Amazon.com. When an OrganizeSmartly Amazon link is selected, the site may record the time of the click, the article and product involved, the link placement and source area, and the destination host. This attribution record is used to understand which recommendations are useful. The OrganizeSmartly click-attribution table does not intentionally store a visitor name, email address, or payment information.
Cookies and local storage
The current OrganizeSmartly product finder and affiliate click-attribution features do not set their own visitor cookies or local-storage entries. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator sign-in, sessions, and site management.
Amazon and external websites
Amazon operates its own website and applies its own privacy and cookie practices after you follow an Amazon link. OrganizeSmartly does not control Amazon’s website or its handling of information.
Server and access logs
The website hosting provider may maintain ordinary server, access, security, and error logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. These logs may include technical information such as request times, requested pages, browser or device information, IP addresses, and other network or diagnostic information. Such information is handled according to the hosting provider’s applicable practices and retention policies.
Optional Google Analytics (GA4)
OrganizeSmartly uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only when you choose to accept optional analytics. GA4 helps us understand website visits, article engagement, and outbound link interactions so we can improve our organization guides. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded before you accept. If you consent, Google may process usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and browser or device details. We do not intentionally send visitors’ names, email addresses, or payment information to Google Analytics, and we do not enable Google advertising personalization signals for this setup.
After you accept, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies, including identifiers beginning with _ga. OrganizeSmartly saves your analytics preference in your browser’s local storage under os_ga4_analytics_consent_v1. You can reject optional analytics or change a previous choice at any time using the “Analytics preferences” control in the website footer. Rejecting optional analytics prevents the site from loading the GA4 tag on subsequent page loads. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy. Google’s processing and retention of analytics data are governed by its terms and the property’s retention settings.
Other services not currently configured
OrganizeSmartly does not currently use Meta Pixel, an email-marketing platform, an advertising network, payment processing, embedded social widgets, or a third-party contact-form processor. This policy will be updated if additional services that collect or process visitor information are introduced.
